James TEGART(1824-1919) Jame Tegart was born in County Armagh, Ireland, in 1824. He was the second son of James Montgomery Tegart and his wife Margery Anderson. He came to Canada as a small child with his mother and younger brother Alexander around 1824 to1825. Research would indicate that his father and/or grandfather preceeded them 1822. They settled in Tecumseth, Ontario.
